Control Room Operator (Operations Staff)

Key Responsibilities: Duties/activities include but not limited to the following:

·         Day to day running and optimisation of production facilities in liaison maintenance personnel and logistic department to ensure a smooth and seamless operations while complying to all Health Safety Security and Environmental (HSSE) requirement

·         Process Condition Monitoring through Delta V system through effective use of Process Automation System (PAS) in monitoring and controlling daily plant activities

·         Reporting anomalies using the computerised maintenance management system (SAP) and follow up for restoration of deviations to ensure plant uptime, equipment integrity and reliability

·         Daily production reporting on the Computerised Energy Component (EC) data input

·         Daily Front Line Maintenance (FLM) of all equipment, wellheads and Remote facilities to ensure Operational Integrity is maintained

·         Take product and other samples for analysis in the laboratory

·         Participate in internal audits

·         Supervision of staffs/contractors for compliance with all HSE requirements

Key Responsibilities: Duties/activities include but not limited to the following:

·         Participate in job planning/execution, scheduling and implementation of Preservative and Corrective maintenance processes

·         Support Plant commissioning Engineers to carry out Pre-commissioning and Commission checks as well as Contractors during any construction activities

·         Daily Front Line Maintenance (FLM) of all running equipment in the facility with detailed logging of running unit variables and analysing data collected
