Ø  To receive the Local & Foreign procured Material for Drilling, Rigs, Plant & Process, Production, Exploration, Departments etc..

Ø  To check and prepare all shipping documents regarding Import & Export of Material.

Ø  To arrange Technical/Physical Inspection of the material & prepare Inspection Reports, Receiving Statements etc.,

Ø  To arrange for issue & transfer transactions with proper documentation and transportation of material to different fields based throughout Pakistan.

Ø  Safe keeping and maintaining of Inventory Items and ensuring for proper staking arrangements.

Ø  Physical checking & reconcile of stores stock through cycle counting and taking appropriate measures for ensuring correctness of stock and record between physical & ERP system i.e. Oracle Application.

Ø  Taking care of scrapped material/equipment and arranging for their disposal as per Company’s Policy and to Report the slow moving items for disposal.

Ø  Proper identification of all materials used in Oil & Gas Industry and allocation of pre identification codes.

Ø  To make necessary correspondence with the Suppliers regarding recovery of Short shipment, replacement of wrong shipment, Insurance Claim etc.

Ø  To look after the Networking ‘LAN & WAN’ System and also its security.
