Manpower management and monitoring for the best output of the site facility. Designs develop the standard operation procedure and handling all jobs related activities. During this job, I was engaged in the following jobs.
WorkShop Experience: Calibration of pneumatic and electronic process control instruments. Cleaning, Servicing assembling, overhauling Pressure Testing of Control valve Actuators such as Glob Valve, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valves. Calibration of PT, FT, TT, and LT. Servicing of ESD Valve. Troubleshooting and repairing of microprocessor-based control or logic PCB’S.
Field Experience: Maintenance of Wellhead instruments prepared the wellhead for Rig & after that reinstallation of SCADA instruments and equipment. Commissioning of seawater injection wellhead instruments.
Process & Plant Experience: I have work on different sub-division of oil gathering centers, like gas condensate recovery (gas compressor) crude dispatch pumps (turbine-driven), crude/gas separator and oil heater. Also, work on the Ruston gas turbine of Booster station.
Prepares schematics, drawings, sketches, and reports to reflect changes or alterations. Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance as required by a plant computer maintenance management system (CMMS / MMMS).
