• Perform all check -in and check-out tasks.
• Manage phone reservation register guests and assign rooms.
• Performing cashier related functions like posting charges to Guest accounts raising paid out’s currency
exchange guest bills and group billing and city ledger.
• Performed task as the AYS(operator) agent operate telephone switchboard station in order to answer
calls process guest’s requests for wake up calls, answer and record all guest’s requests, question or
concerns.
• Log all guests requests or issues into to computer , contact appropriate individual or department and
follow up with guest to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
• Welcome Executive guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquires
any complaints.
• Ensure that all guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to required standards.
• Worked equal time as a operator, front desk agent , guest services agent and club desk associate.
