As the Project Co-ordinator, it is my duty to be the main link among several functions of the project to ensure consistency, accuracy, communication and project completion in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Successfully implement SAP’s Human Resource Information System – SuccessFactors
Successfully plan, organise and execute launch day activities for the new HRIS to all markets.
Managed post go live issues after launching new HRIS.
· Provide general support to the wider Digicel Caribbean and Pacific in their provision of HR System services.
· Respond to internal & external customers’ enquires as appropriate.
· Assist in subproject planning, budgeting, vendor selection, and quality assurance also monitor project budget.
· Schedule and conduct meetings, define project objectives and scope, track risks, assumptions, and managed detailed project schedules using Zoho Projects.
· Transcribe meeting notes from various mediums such as dictation and handwritten
· Plan and facilitate project review meetings to expedite requirements and resolution of project issues.
· Maintain all record-keeping, key decisions made for the project on a customized software program.
Create and track purchase orders submissions for payment to vendors.
Make travel, accommodation and transportation arrangements locally and internationally
Liaise between the project team, business functions, stakeholders and project contractors and help to maintain positive relations.
· Establish customer expectations of project scope, deliverables, procedures for project communications and dissemination of information for team members.
