I am going to be a successful teacher. Because I have come across with many experiences. I know how to cope with any child. I like to give away my knowledge to children and make them better citizens with better qualifications, manners and how to cooperate when there is a hard or good situation arises in one’s life. It is my goal as a teacher. Most of the time students have thoughts of competing one another. It’s a good thing. It can develop one’s brain when they are competing. But as my point of view, it’s not qualified to school children. Because if someone has a desire to become the 1st in the class, if unfortunately, that student unable to become the 1st then he or she will become mentally depressed as well as they will start hating the student who has become 1st. As teachers we must fill their brains about achieving their goals but not to fight against titles. Also help each other during lessons, share one another knowledge without cheating.
Teacher is a role model. We must be equal to every child. We must help them to climb their ladder with or without our monthly wages. It’s my desire or aim as a teacher. One who go behind money, bribe is never a good teacher. As my point of view, we must do our best and help children to develop their education carrier as well as co-curricular activities. As teachers we must attend school, attend to students matters whenever we can. Because teachers are the parents who are there for students in school for 6 hours. We have to do our duty and stay away from troubles as most of the teachers are looking forward to drag down better straight forward teachers as they are not fulfilling their duty.
As I have mentioned that I am self-motivated, who is willing to undertake challenges and responsibilities, I have desires and dreams to achieve. I have personal teacher centered as well as student centered methods too. I dream to be a successful educated teacher where I can pour my knowledge to my students. They can get as much as use of my knowledge as I am willing to give them. I want to be a lovable teacher among students as I have never blamed or hit any student in my training period too. I like to be a responsible teacher where I can be an example to others. During a lesson, students can interact with me and ask any questions regarding the lesson. These are some of my student-centered methods.
As I like to be a successful teacher, I like if my students are punctual for classes, doing their work in a neat responsible way. I need students to complete their homework on due time. When I am teaching students must listen and answer every question asked. Books must be completed and marked everyday. These are some of my teacher centered methods.
If a student has a problem regarding subject matters or personal reasons, I responsibly undertake those and clarify those to the student. Too much of teacher student connection is minimized in my desires. As we are teacher’s we must be a role model to others. A teacher should never have personal contacts between students as well as parents. School matters must be discussed through Student Record Book (SRB) and not with hand phones or visiting. I never take bribe, gifts or personal favouration among students. Most of the school’s mistake is favouration among teachers. That’s the problem in present education system. Due to that slow learners, disabled children are kept aside, neglected. As I have learned about Hyperactivity children, Slow learners, Differently abled children,I got to know them and I loved them a lot. As personally I am a mother, it is easy for me to cope, care, love those children.
