To conduct purchasing activities for various programs and platforms in order to ensure effective and timely supply of material requirements
Initiate negotiations with supplier to obtain best cost and lead time offerings for repair of components and assemblies
Conduct performance evaluation for suppliers in order to maintain quality services
Maintains suppliers’ database to ensure all data and offerings are updated
Submit status reports to repair manager on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly basis
Any other reasonable request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager or Senior Management

Performs technical research/analysis on material requirements and makes recommendations pertaining thereto
Reviews stock record data, calculate stock levels and recommends action for stock management
Computes and verifies order quantities to determine the requirements of initiated orders
Directs physical inventories, validates results, perform counts, audits and reconciliations
Prepare management reports and technical documents pertaining to material dispositions
Initiates documents for survey of damage and lost materials or otherwise unusable materials equipment
Performs special functions of stock management i.e. repair program coordination and execution for repairable items, shelf life inspections for hazardous material documentations
Performs other duties as assigned
Graduate
