PROFILE STATEMENT Sharon is a professional and result oriented young lady with 3 and half years blended experience in project management, project performance analysis and branch operations from Global and Regional leading financial institutions. Sharon is passionate about innovation and technology, data analytics, financial inclusion, leadership, global development, anti-drug abuse awareness and health & poverty alleviation.

Responsibilities:
• Financial analysis of projects, prepare data and information for making regular data analysis report.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects as well as report and escalate to management as needed.
• Develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of a project
• Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, documentation and time information per internal standards
• Monitor, track and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans for assigned projects
