Job Description
Utilize the employer’s Project Management technology platforms where applicable to improve the efficiency of data management and the employer’s decision making capability and to avoid duplication of data management
Maintains data and Web based drawings and document control system per project requirements
Set up and maintain document control systems in relation to the Project
Control and maintains in an orderly manner all drawings and documents, both hard and soft copies
Print drawings and/or documents as and when required by the team
Record all incoming and outgoing drawings in an organized way
Hang drawings in an orderly manner so that retrieving the drawings are fast and easy
Assist the Architects and Inspectors in other related duties assigned to you from time to time
Assist completion or request, searches and queries from any project member
Assist in typing letters, preparing project report, scanning drawings etc.
Oversee all drawings / documentation procedure, maintenance and preparation or necessary documentation
Ensure document control procedures undertaken in accordance with specified guidelines
Registration and routing of documentation
Process documentation in electronic format as well as hard copy
Respond to queries regarding revision status of issued drawings / documents from architectural and drafting personal
Assure document quality to include completeness, accuracy and compliance with company’s policies and procedures
