RESPONSIBILITIES

(01)  Certification Authorization to issue CRS of CF6-80C2 and CFM56-3 engines from Q.E.C. side since April 2014.

(02) Supervision of CF6-80C2A8/A2, CFM56-3 series, CFM56-5B (A320), GE90-94B & GE90-110/115B (B777) QEC and De-QEC  including inspection, overhaul, modification, repairs of QEC kit parts and accomplishment of SBs, and ADs as and when required.

(03) Contribute in production planning. Strong knowledge of airworthiness regulations and company procedures.

(04) On wing maintenance support on above mentioned engines and solid ability to evaluate damage and perform applicable repair.

(05) Observe discrepancies during engines incoming inspection and take corrective measures.

(06) Ensures that Q.E.C. equipment is in serviceable condition and has valid certification.

(07) Maintain record pertaining to release of service (CRS) i.a.w. company approved procedures and CAA (Pak) regulatory requirements.
