He performed the following duties for above position:
1. Consulting on design, plan and implementation of Ellucian Banner, Advancement and ODS product families
2. Training on functional aspects of Ellucian Banner Student
3. Onsite and remote day-to-day management of Banner Student, Advancement and ODS product families
4. Specializing in the training, consulting, and implementation of Banner for integration of student records information at higher education institutions.
5. Work with college and university clients to design and configure ERP Solution and 3rd Party solutions to support their business needs
6. Work with functional users to review current business processes, redesign business processes, and document best practices
7. Evaluate customized solutions and develop approaches collaboratively with clients on how to best leverage delivered functionality, eliminating customizations, and maximizing the configuration and integration across the enterprise environment.
8. Evaluate the current use and opportunities for improvement of the use of existing systems.
9. Assist organizations in redesigning policy and processes and retraining team members and the community to effectively sustain changes.
