Duties and Responsibilities
– Perform legal safety, occupational health and environmental inspections and internal audits on all plant sites to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities.
– Development of the organisation’s risk assessment register and identifying business risks and opportunities for all operations on site inclusive of outsourced services.
– Enforce contractor compliance to contractor management manual requirements in line with health and safety plan.
– Development of a SHEQ strategy and implementation of ISO Management Systems including Food safety Management System (ISO 22 000) Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45000), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
– Perform investigations for all incidents recorded at all plant sites and enforce the implementation of respective corrective actions reporting to Operations Executive
