Main Responsibilities

1.   Developed HRMIS or (Employee access) web application.

Administration module:

·         Documents upload and download functionality available

·         Auto email notification functionality is available.

·         Generating report to any format (excel, pdf) available and meets the requirement of HR team.

·         Used JQuery pie charts, bar charts, to show distribution of employee base on gender, employee type (International or local), Duty station (Pak, Afg, Iran), contracts type and etc.

·         Importing data from excel sheet into database tables through front end of web application

·         Generating work certificate to MS word and pdf format

·         Payroll module: automates the pay process by gathering data on employee time and attendance, calculating various deductions and taxes, and generating periodic pay slips.

·         Time and attendance module: The most advanced modules provide broad flexibility in data collection methods, labor distribution capabilities and data analysis features.

·         Online leave module: a user can apply online leave; auto email will directly send to the supervisor for approval.

·         Recruitment module: it was an online system, providing user name + password to each candidate and an exam paper based on the vacancy announced, with estimated time.

·         Performance measurement: is the process of collecting, analyzing and/or reporting information regarding the performance of an individual, group, organization, system or component. It can involve studying processes/strategies within organizations

·         Converting all the manual requisition process into web system.

Jabarkhil LPG Filling Station Accounts System (Sarak-e-Now Kabul Afghanistan)

Details:

·         CNG Filling Station Accounts System was mainly developed to integrate the accounts system of the above provided CNG filling stations and generate reports to the partners of the business.

·         It tracks CNG rates, business partner records and their shares. Tracks daily sales, expenses and loses. Besides, it tracks salesmen activities and their performances. It also manages credit sales and customer credit accounts, Generates periodical business reports.

·         One of the main features of this system was that it could manage any newly constructed CNG filling station and could integrate it with the main database.

School Management System (Ahmad Shad Durani Private school Nangarhar Afghanistan) – Virtual Technology Solutions

Details:

·         It is a complete school management system that tracks classes, assign subjects to classes, records students and teacher’s data.

·         It automates student classes and promotion, enrollment records, generates enrollment, withdrawal and struck off records.

·         This software assigns fee structure to students, track students’ fees and dues. It also automates school expenses and staff payroll.

·         One of the highlights of this software is examination module which captures the subject wise marks of different students and on the basis of those marks, it generates DMCs, class wise marks sheets, generates pass fail status, assigns positions to the students.

·         It includes several types of records. It generates students’ and employees’ data reports, classes list, admissions reports, fees, dues, payroll and expenses reports.
