material for judicious optimal utilization of storage space.

re-conciliation. Physical Vs Books of Account.

plant, stores, lab, medicine plant & weigh bridge.
* Check & recommendations for existing rates paid to the labor, with
inputs on comparative market trends & rates.

1. PHYSICAL CHECK OF STOCK availability at plant in respect of finished
products for charting out dispatch schedules.
2. Ensure & organize ready availability of vehicle within o2 hrs of
requisition to ensure timely dispatches.
* WEIGHT CHECK OF FINISHED GOODS on regular basis.
* CHECK |+|AMP|+| CONTROL ON TIME IN |+|AMP|+| TIME OUT status report
of vehicles entering & departing plant.
* MONSOON PROTECTION of vehicle by properly loading & securing with
tarpaulin is compulsory. Strict checks & controls have to be exercised.
* CHECK ON AVAILABILITY OF RESOURCES loading / unloading labor +
production labor in tandem with Shift / Production I/c.
* TRACKING OF CONSIGNMENT from loading, transportation, transit &
till delivery of goods at the parties end.
* ENSURE 24/7 X 365 DAYS DISPATCH ACTIVITY, irrespective of holidays
& weekly offs. Availability of weighbridge staff, documentation &
loading / unloading is MUST.
* MAINTAINING |+|AMP|+| KEEPING TRACK OF DATA BASE OF TRANSPORTERS +
NEGOTIATIONS WITH Fleet Owners & Brokers for best deals. This exercise
has to be reviewed as an ongoing process as market fluctuations are
highly evident in this sector.

g. All finished goods to be checked for proper dispatch documents,
goods secured with Tarpaulin & then allowed OUT of plant, logging on
register.
h. All scrap, pachchisi, old gunny bags on disposal to be checked
physically.
2. All Registers, documents, Gate passes to be maintained & checked /
reconciled on each
successive day.
3. Proper Gate IN & OUT movements & records needed for all staff,
visitors, locals, officials,
raw material, finished goods, damage goods, returnable & non
returnable stores / spares.
4 Plant Periphery, Plant, labor Qtr & Guest House patrolling to be
maintained for curbing
nuisance, wastage, theft, pilferage, hooliganism.
5.Posting Orders, Biodata, Police verification, Gun License to be
checked & filed.
6.Security Agency to be notified for conducting and imparting awareness
for use of fire equipments.
