KEY DELIVERABLES AND EXPERTISE IN VARIOUS AREAS OF FINANCE, ACCOUNTS, AND TAXATION.
Duties & Responsibilities:

1.      Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as Revenue planning, invoicing, and Accounting, payroll, and other transactions., including, but not limited to : –

a.      Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements and reports related to Accounts Receivables / Debtors Control, Accounts Payable, and its Ageing.

b.      Provide monthly expenses, variance analysis, monthly material reconciliation, and reports to senior management for financial advice

c.       Ensure verification and updating of Purchase and Sales Registers, Journal Books, and computation of Payroll on daily basis with the objective of maintaining a parallel record of transactions project-wise

d.      Check and reconcile bank and cash transactions on a regular basis

e.       Scrutinize and dispatch Invoices to customers, and subsequently follow-up for outstanding payments

f.        Analyze Supplier Bills with LR’s, Purchase Orders, and approve payments after due recording of accounting Transactions in the books of accounts.

g.      Exercise proper control through Materials and Stores/ Inventory Accounting, Surprise verification of physical stock, Bin Cards and Stores Ledger

 

2.   Communication with the banks and other Financial institutions for Management of financial resources and its effective and optimum utilization.

 

3.   Leading the rolling cash-flow management and to seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company

 

4. Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
Contact and co-ordinate with outside services for VAT and other tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary for smooth running of Business operations.

5  Manage the complete accounts including all sub-ledgers and Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

 

6. Support of the project managers & sales and other Operations teams in establishing and controlling financial matters and internal reporting requirements.

 

7. Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making

 

8. Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
