Manage training schedule for team members.
Create reports outlining training needs with suggestions and implications like operations and budget changes.
Determine training programs effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Develop project plan and conduct cost/benefit analysis to suggest on area management.
Deep Follow-up for trainer of trainers groups.
May 2018 up to day: I work as appointed nutritionist by RWANDA ministry of health in REMERA RUKOMA district hospital.
Key duties;
· Attendance to patient admitted at the Hospital and carrying out anthropometric assessment
· Provide Nutrition education and counseling.
· Conduct community outreaches in order to conduct nutrition education at community Level.
· Examine Children at community Level and assess their nutrition Status.
· Participated in the malnutrition Screening.
· Monitoring and evaluation of nutition activity.

Mentorship of young girls between 11-12 years
Ensure the overall coordination and implementation of the project
Ensure to carry healthy education once in a month in the community with the girl about hygiene
Submit a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor on time
Work hands in hands with the local leader to ensure the implementation and sustainability of the project.
· Ensure the sustainability of the project by helping girls to create clubs at their schools.
November, 2016: Data collection on baseline and end line of the survey on Early Child Development, MUHANGA District. Organization: Catholic Relief Services (CRS).
October, 2016: I have worked as Nutrition Data Collector on wash, health and Anthropometric measurement of population in different Rwandan districts. Organization: University of Rwanda, GIKURIRO program and Catholic Relief Services (CRS-Rwanda).
August, 2016: I have worked as Data Collector on Anthropometric measurement by observing stunting level of children and interviewing pregnant and lactating women in MUHANGA District. Organization: UNICEF-Rwanda
