Financials & Reporting
? Computed Financial Statement including Balance Sheet and
Income Statement
? Analysis of financial reports and impact of variances monthly
? Preparation of financial reports
Cash Management
? Monthly reconciliation for all banking transaction
? Preparation of Cash Outflow Projection every week
? Petty Cash Custodian
? Manage incoming and outgoing cash effectively on a daily basis.
? Resolve any issues related to foreign currency exchange.
? Confirmation of deposited cash/checks before sales pullout
Payable Processing
? Handles Interplant Receivables & Payable Account.
? Handled Accounts Payable for Materials & Supplies.

Trucking related to Importations
? Reporting Outstanding Accounts Payable Monthly
Importation
