Harris is working as Manager Operations at Ibis Styles hotel, Jumeirah Dubai. Started his hotel career with Marriott hotel Karachi, has vast experience of Rooms Division, food and beverage and Quality Assurance Manager at different hotels in Pakistan and Dubai.
His core strenghts are creativity, innovation, leadership, positive attitude and motivation. Always eager to take challenges, Harris took the challenge of improving the RPS of Ibis styles hotel Jumeirah from 7.9 to 8.2 in 2016 last quarter. Improved the online rating on tripadvisor from 164 to 131out of 536 hotels and put the hotel on top slot amongst the competitor hotels.
