1. Safety

and visitors according to the applicable statutory, HEINEKEN and
local regulations, policies and procedures.
2. Management of Utilities Processes & Operations
 To effectively manage the utility processes and secure a reliable utility
supply by ensuring the optimal engagement of people, and overseeing
the interfaces with other production processes.
3. Utilities Quality Management & Control
 To sustain and improve the quality of the utilities resources throughout
the production process in compliance with the HEINEKEN and local
quality standards, regulations and procedures and thus contribute to the
excellent finished product quality.
4. Maintenance Management and execution control
 To ensure the on-going development and execution of the AM/CILT
activities, support delivery of the maintenance plan, and control the
delivered maintenance services to the production assets.
5. Resource Planning
 To plan and deploy resources (people, materials, process and
equipment) to meet customer needs safely whilst excelling at quality
and balancing costs.
6. Spare Parts Management
 To ensure spare part availability in a way that maximizes cost
effectiveness of the assets (optimizes variable cost, fixed cost, working
capital cost of product and out of stock).

and interpret this data and to effectively communicate it to the relevant

functions so as to acquire all operations, roles and activities of each
department in the Heineken OPCo. On this program I started my career from
