· Responsibility and achievements
o Implementing the document control management system for the program (EDMS) ensure effective capture and registration of all Contractors document from/ to Clients, Subcontractors and Vendors/Suppliers Documents.
o Operating and coordinating Document Control Procedures and conduct orientation to the Team (Construction, QAQC, Engineering, HSE, Commissioning and other department).
o Distributing of documents to the responsible recipient (Soft & hard copy) as per approved document distribution matrix and solving documentation process issues.
