As a technical support engineer my responsibility is to solve technical issues. 5-  Develop and implement policies/procedures for daily operational management, including best practices for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting escalated end user network issues like oracle, CC&B and other related customer oriented software’s to ensure better business of company.
