Ø  I grew the loan book at Faulu from Kes87M to Kes 511M within a period of four months

Ø  In 2011, I turned around the SME loan book for my branch from a portfolio of zero to Kes90Million within a period of one year ranking it among the first 10 in the whole bank. I was promoted to position of Corporate relationship officer  as a result

Ø  In2013,I successfully championed the implementation of a new core banking system, BFUB  on behalf of my department

Ø  I grew the loan book at Credit Bank from Kes240Million to Kes570Million and reduced the PAR from 21% to 9%.

Ø  In 2009, I was ranked among the top five micro credit officers in the bank after disbursing loans worth Kes60Million against a target of Kes48Million.

Ø  I have received commendation letters from different team leaders whom I have worked with for driving business performance & mentoring other staff.

Ø  I was severally nominated as the Co-op customer champion in the various sparker sessions held in the bank
