PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
From January 2018 up to date working with CTG Global as a retail logistic consultant for Cash Based Transfer (CBT) Project For WFP
· Visit districts (specified by WFP) and complete questionnaires provided by WFP.
· Gather supply chain/corridor alerts/report critical issues related about access and gaps of local transport capacity.
· Holding sensitization meetings for retailers and key stakeholders.
· Distribution of EOI (Expression of Interest) to retailers.
· Conducting shop visits for retailers who have expressed their interest to work with WFP in future.
· Accurate completion of retail identification checklist.
· Conducting capacity building of retailers as per WFP’s instructions.

From March 2015 – 2017 Dec worked with world vision international as a field Security officer – south central Somalia
Tasks:
ü Develops Security Risk Assessment (SRA), Core Security Requirements (CSR) and Weekly Security Report with minimum assistance from Security Advisor;
ü Provides analysis of security environment, advising management on its impact to World Vision current and planned implementation;
ü Maintains project tracker detailing key information on World Vision operations in a given location;
ü Manages staff tracker, maintaining contact details of staff members and updating phone tree, and pictorial staff roster on a bi-annual basis;
ü Prepares security orientation briefing documents and ensures all in-coming staff and visitors are briefed upon arrival.
ü Facilitates training on Security Incident Reporting, monitoring and tracking incidents for analysis purposes;
ü Participate in security information sharing forums at the field level, providing updates as required and sharing meeting notes with Operations Manager and Security Advisor;
ü Coordinate security information and joint action with other relevant actors regarding security related issues.

ü Ensure that all involved persons are in place before the food delivered and count all commodities before sign on the WFP waybills. Report immediately to WFP staff, or supervisor if any loss/shortage of food happens. Complete report as soon as when the loss occurs.
ü Prepare and share monthly recommendation matrices and track action taken by the different project stakeholders including project Management, WFP, beneficiaries and community leaders, etc.
