I have around 12 years of working Deputy Team Leader (Programme under Education, Nutrition, Child Protection, Livelihood, Livestock and DRR Department as Chief Operation Officer, Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Coordinator and MEAL Officer. Which will make easy to play my upcoming role.
Justification of my abilities:
• Analytical skills in solving problems, and foster “CAN DO” mentality, Data Analysis ability, Progress Monitoring, Self-motivated, independent of the ability to perform multi-task, Have proficiency in English of Speaking and writing, Interested to work in remote area in need.
• Have basic knowledge on Moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) and severe acute malnutrition (SAM), Community-Based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM).
• Skilled on COMET and MIS data management systems.
• Currently working with School Feeding Programme at management level. In consistence of performing daily routing task used to go through the core concept of Nutrition, Health Hygiene, WASH, Quality Education as Literacy Activities as well as Community Awareness and Engagement under School Feeding Programme.
• As a Team player of Nutrition & WASH Project Contribute to School Monitoring HEB Distribution, Stock Register and Attendance Card Maintaining, Conducting CMW, EWLT, SMC, PTA, Little Doctor and Little Agriculturist Meeting and Training/ Orientation.
• As a team player of Education Project contribute to Planning and Maintaining Splay Chain of Distribution Education Materials and SRM to Schools, Student’s Reading Capacity Build-up and ensure Reading Environment in Community, formation of Book Captain Team and provide Orientation to Book Captain, Introduce with new Teaching Technic to strengthen Teacher and Literacy Facilitator, Class Room Library Setup and Print rich and Class Observation,
• Real knowledge of successful project implementation, Overall Management, training facilitation, reporting and documentation.
• Organized and facilitated Capacity and Skill Developing Orientation, ToT, ELP, Teachers Trainings, Staff Training and FGD.
• Skilful on financial management and budgetary expenditure as well as RP (monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly), Invoice, Cash Certificate, Bank Reconciliation Statement, ensure submission and Daily Expenditures approval as per financial and organizational policy.
• Practiced hand on Report writing according to Donor requirement such as: MUR (Monthly Utilization Report) Way Bill, Goods Received, CPDR, Ware House Stock Report, Physical Inventory Sheet, Progress Report in Brief, Food Movement, Short Update, Incident Report Monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis as well as prepare of Delivery Plan. Monthly Planning, Reporting within time frame.
My attention is to deal with my excellent problem-solving and successful project implementation skills throughout project policy. I have implemented many of project with highest accuracy and topmost standard. My verbal communication skills and positive attitude makes me an effective communicator with my project team and stakeholders.
