June 2019/Present Assistant Process Engineer at Bio Tech Energy (Pvt) Limited, Sheikhupura, Pakistan

– Settling Section: Worked at this section in which moisture and impurities are to be removed from raw material.
– Pre-Esterification Section: Analyzing and keep the process smooth and reducing acid value in this section by
maintaining the parameters in their optimum conditions.
– Trans-Esterification Section: Operated the reactors and control the flow of oil and solution of methanol & KOH.
– Methanol Recovery Section: Worked as “Supervisor” at methanol recovery section.
– Distillation Section: Controlling different parameters for separation of Biodiesel, LDO, Tar and Glycerin. Performed
pressure test of this section during the shutdown of plant.
