Nature Of Job
Ø  Flight Handling both Post & Pre – flight works , offloading and loading of cargo in the Aircraft, updating IGM & EGM with customs .

Ø  Cargo Acceptance of General, Perishables, Over dimension cargo and Documentation of on hand documents such as AWB capture, Rate updating and manifestation and checking and updating the special instruction to the operations.

Ø Liaising with Security Agents / Handling Agents for smooth functioning of Cargo
Operations to attend the time line of the Aircraft.
Ø  Check ULD weights from ETV and cross-check with the load sheet to ensure accuracy for aircraft safety.

Ø  Verify and Certify all handling Agent Bills.

Flight Operation

Ø  Flight handling, Manifestation, Ramp Handling And Filing of Manifest with Indian Customs for IGM and EGM.

Ø  Palletization, Documentation and ULD Movement.

Ø  Supervision of inbound/outbound ULD’s loading of outbound ULD’s according to the Loading Instruction Report.

Ø  Check the ULD movements to ensure accuracy and sufficient ULD Stock at station according to the company standard allocation and make sure to keep in updated of the ULDs to avoid damages and over stock.

Special Handling
Handling of valuables consignments such as Gold/Silver/Diamond and Diplomatic mail.
