JOB OBJECTIVE

It is my deepest desire to work with any organization that seeks to solve and address the needs of society especially in the area of food management or food waste to create nutrition for the Venerable and the needy in our today’s world.

It is my passion to see children being fed and being fed well with balanced diet and good nutrition.

Duties Includes:

Source for cash/food donation to help support the orphans in the community with school fees, trading, skill learning etc.

Communicate with the children to hear and know their most challenges which need urgent attention.

Work closely with the founder to ensure proper documentation are been taking for the needed donation or payment for that matter.

Duties Includes:

Recover donations food from donors and redistribute to beneficiaries

Route product as directed to storage locations, verify item, count and locate into inventory as procedures.

Load / unload in bound product.

Sending and receiving email from donors and beneficiaries.

Combine pallets and rearrange space to accommodate a steady flow of product.   .

Assist partner agency representatives in picking up orders.

Coordinate and supervise volunteer projects in the warehouse as directed.

Provide courteous and responsive service to donors, agency staff and volunteers as well as to clients at direct service distributions

Pick up regular and episodic food donations from grocery stores, farms, packing sheds and local food manufacturers as directed.

Delivers recovered food items to Partners when needed.

Support seasonal and episodic mobile food distributions and special deliveries to underserved areas.

Execute inventory-related recall directives.

Participate In planning for UN world food day activities (FAO)

Planner with Zero hunger Ghana on world’s food day.

Keep and inspect store houses for beneficiaries and Donors to ensure proper cleaning measures.

Ability to Operate powered industrial truck or Distribution Van or truck.

Interact with donors /beneficiaries concerns on how food Donation helps us to keep our records with regular donation

Looks out for avenues for new food sourcing Donors.
