·         Prepare, analyze and provide timely biometric based Payroll Differentials Reports for each month to ensure that staff get paid as and when due.

·         Advise on labor related issues according to the Nigerian labor law, ensure policy implementation and compliance on employment related matters.

·         Manage and constantly update the staff database and ERP Software functions for efficient HR Support System.

·         Ensure employees documents are properly filed, kept and confidentially managed.
