My current Roles and Responsibilities in this organization are as follows:
Recruitment and Outsourcing:
• Handling outsourcing hiring of different Multinational as well as local companies.
• Also handling permanent recruitment positions of different clients in all over the country,
Industries Including Manufacturing, Paint Industry, FMCG, Fast Food Industry, Banking Sector,
Metro Bus, Textile Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry etc.
• Executive Search
• Advertise vacant positions on different social media websites/groups
• Schedule and organize interviews
• Confirmation of interviews e.g. through email, telephone
• Conduct and Participate in applicant initial interviews
• Conduct reference checks of candidates
• Prepare all documents related to Joining and resignation.
• HBL and Soneri Bank hiring and evaluations
HR Operations:
• Supervising the monthly Pay Roll of employees.

Joining formalities from final shortlisted candidate
Maintain co-ordination and effective communication between corporate clients and candidates
Coordinate and attend career fairs
