My awareness of Public and Media Relations as a result of my studies has prepared me for the specific industry, such as the study and completion of modules such as Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Effects of Mass Media on Society and Public Relations. I am also skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and WordPress.
As a result, I not only have strong academic preparation, but I have a work experience that reinforced and informed my classwork since I was attached to Help desk and Call centre during 2018 to 2019 period at Econet. This work experience strengthened my work ethic by developing skills such as multitasking, problem-solving, working independently and gaining strong leadership skills.
