Brief Biography and Research Interests
Mehwish Jabeen is an Education scholar. She is currently a Doctoral Scholar at the Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, (PMAS-AAUR) Pakistan and former visiting scholar at IISE University of Pittsburgh, PA, USA. She also holds Masters of Philosophy in Education from PMAS-AAUR and Masters in Education from Federal College of Education, H-9 Islamabad. She secured 2nd position (M.A) at college level and 3rd in gazette of University. She served as a literacy coordinator for 4 years in Arid Literacy School, PMAS-AAUR where she was responsible for academic, administrative, research management, professional development of Masters students, research assistant, evaluation and assessment. She has also taught courses in the Masters’ Educational Research, Statistics, Research Planning & Report Writing, Application of Research in Education and Functional Urdu to B.Ed. as a visiting faculty (lecturer) in same university’ department of Education, FSS. Her current research focuses on the identification of educational crisis, educational emergencies, crisis of Out-Of-School Children, planning, management, existing policy analysis regarding educational crisis management, crisis management trainings, plan formulation and she is also working on a project for street children.
