6. Assists in the rig-up/down, function test, and pressure-test of MPD equipment as per company policies & procedures, including maintenance and operation of said equipment.
7. Prepares Work Permits, conducts Job Safety Analysis, and discusses with the crew during Tool Box talks before starting any job at the rigsite.
8. Conducts Fingerprinting to determine the MPD operating parameters and the MPD Operators’ response to different simulated drilling conditions.

1. Supervises the crew in the production of steam from the geothermal reservoir (2-3 kms below ground level) and delivery of geothermal steam to the 80-Megawatt geothermal power plant.
2. Operates the control room panels to efficiently deliver 160 TPH, 5.25 kscg steam at 99.99% quality to the 4 x 20-MW geothermal steam turbines.
Efficiently plans the reinjection of separated geothermal water from the Cyclone Separator to the reinjection wells to minimize silica depositions in the reinjection lines and to avoid carry-over of condensed steam to the steam lines.
Conducts hourly recording and monitoring of all parameters in the control room panels.
Operates the 3-km Zero Disposal System pipelines and monitors for leaks that may contaminate the surface & underground water systems.
Analyzes problems encountered during steam production and recommends solutions to the Shift Supervisor or Production Manager.
Coordinates with support groups such as; Geochemistry Department, Well Testing Department, and Maintenance Department for any activities performed within the production and reinjection facilities.
