I am an experienced procurement/development professional aged 35 years, with Master of Public Procurement Management     form ITCILO – University of Turin, Italy. I have education experience in Pakistan, India and Afghanistan. Started my professional journey since 2003 was serving my Nation (Afghanistan). I am educated and experienced in all aspects of capacity development of organizations procurement, including strategic planning; Development of Consultancy Packages, monitoring & evaluation of EOIs and RFPs, reporting pertains to procurement, accountability and learning; negotiations with the organizations and vendors, and management of the procurement unit. I have conceptualised, design, develop and implement capacity enhancement trainings on procurement process and procedures. For entire program, I am responsible to provide technical and administrative leadership regarding procurement. Oversee internal management of the procurement unit, manage and supervise all procurement activities for the successful performance, maintained effective activity tracking and reporting systems and ensure high quality reporting and deliverables. Provided technical assistance to program counterparts and serve as principal liaison with Ministries and partner organization/donors.

I am a self-motivated, flexible, competent, and able and results driven individual, computer literate in MS word, excel, outlook, power point and Internet. I have good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, as well as a quick learner. I am also fluent in written and spoken English; very good in Urdu and Hindi (Pakistani and Indian language) and mu mother languages are Dari and Pashto
