I consider myself as a highly organized, thorough and motivated professional, having solid experience in project management, capacity building, ensuring human rights and emergency response. At the moment I am employed with World Health Organization, as “Project Facilitator” of the largest division (Greater Dhaka) of its largest activity in Bangladesh. As the Project Management staff, I am responsible for monitoring programme, assist medical support for suspected child cases, management of the operational activities, coordination with all the partners and Govt. stakeholders and local administration as required. I oversee the administration and finance, preparation and assessment of various reports, ensure proper documentation etc. liaising with WCO.
I have worked with the UNDP (Urban Partnership for Poverty Reduction Project) in Gazipur City Corporation and Dhaka North City Corporation. I had an active part in the implementation process to ensure WASH, Education and health support for Children of a huge slum population of Tongi and Dhaka (North); and with Muslim Aid –UK, Bangladesh in their Chittagong and Narail in same projects. I have an analytical mind, and am very much a team player who thrives in a stimulating and dynamic environment. I possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
These professional experience and qualifications, have given me the industry perspective and technical expertise necessary for any future role in development sector. I am fully computer literate, and advanced user of various professional software packages.
