Being a Deputy Project Leader of University of Western Australia (UWA), I’m implementing Australian Government (ACIAR) supported program “Incorporating Salt-tolerant Wheat and Pulses into Smallholder Farming Systems in Bangladesh”. Having PhD as well as an agronomist and studied on International Development Studies (IDS) at Oslo University, I’ve had more than thirty years experiences in program management as Team Leader of the programs while project monitoring and evaluation of the projects as Head of Monitoring Cell is one of my major tasks. I’ve vast experiences to implement various projects regarding climate change, stress tolerant rice programs, solar energy, irrigation management, value addition, etc.
