the critically ill patients. I provided complete care to the clients who were on ventilators and
participated actively in patients and family education. I was involved in monitoring of infection
control in the unit and demonstrated knowledge and skills in blood, blood products administration.
Medication, IV cannulation, NG tube insertion, Catheterization, Nursing documentation, doing ECG,
preparation and administration of infusions like Dopamine, Adrenaline, and Isoket etc. were include
in my basic responsibilities. Provided safe pre and post -surgical care to patients with CVA and
Head injuries, I was also involved in referral of patients to other
departments and to other hospitals as well.
