My name is Tewolde Assefaw, was born in Asmera, Eritrea, in 1974. During my childhood I was very interested in construction works.

After concluding my high studies at Barka, Daniel comboni secondary school, i joined the Gedem construction company to receive my crane operator certificate. While studing and exercising at the gedem construction company, my passion for cranes and heavy machinery was beyond my control. Accordingly, I joined different construction companies. My child hood passion coupled with the fast growing world of technology made me more curious and keen to discover more and expand research towards that purpose. My experience at the gedem construction company was beyond my expectation.

I discovered places I never thought I would have and done works of  high significance to my people. On top of visiting every corner of Eritrea with my crane truck.

I have 16 years of work experience and now I am living in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This trip helped me to discover places and societies outside the boundaries of Eritrea. The rapid growth of construction technologies in Ethiopia has helped me to know a lot.

Yet my hunger for more work was never satisfied. While surfing at the internet, I come across your company and agreed with my self that now is the time to work abroad and your company is the company i should join.

My passion to work more has never lasted and to be a worker at your company is an honor and inspiration in my line of profession.
