* Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage of borrower name in document.
* To set up signing with notary and borrower.
* To review cash to close , closing disclosure , underwrite terms and conditions in loan documents.
* To resolve all work related problems and main a database in MS office.
