The following are some of the characteristics that I possess, I have the ability to set goals, monitor progress and take the initiative to improve work. I can safely say I am good at understanding new procedures and learning how to get the job done right. Sydney Kulelwa is quite strong at establishing and meeting challenging goals and persevering even when initially unsuccessful. He is capable of being accurate and attentive to detail, reporting and recordkeeping, creating plans to accomplish work and monitoring resources.
