More than 16 years of combined work experience (EPCI) in the field of construction, revamping, upgrading, pipeline pre-commissioning, commissioning, or systems completion, offshore-in-service inspection, operations & maintenance of rotating and static equipment.

Experienced in pipeline installation and shutdown works of large-scale projects such as Oil and Gas Plant, LNG, Refineries, Floating Production Storage & Offloading, Qurrayah Petrochemical Desalination & Sea Water Injection Plant, Integrated Steel Plant & Industrial Plant, specialized on mechanical, structural steel, tank & piping works fabrication.  Provide Heavy Lifting Plan and site survey preparation for installation of equipment in the refinery. Working at height experience and supervise of manpower at project site execution. Involve in estimation and project cost evaluation and quantity survey analysis.

SPECIFIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Overall Responsibilities:

Plan and Prepare and Execute Commissioning activities related to the Process and Mechanical systems. Conducting the following activities on systems:

·         Plan and coordinate multidiscipline commissioning activities

·         Give input on Schedule and mobilize relevant assistance personnel

·         Follow up first fill, test equipment and tools needed before commissioning starts.

 

Execution

·         Attend MC verification of equipment and packages.

·         Carry out commissioning preparation checks for all system related equipment.

·         Execute commissioning according to procedures.

·         Ensure safe commissioning with high focus on HSE Reporting

·         Responsible for punch out of work in the field and punch list documentation and clearance.

·         Monitor non-destructive testing examination results to determine defects, corrosion, mechanical damage, or blockages and makes recommendations for repairs or replacement as required.

·         Perform or monitor all types of equipment inspection.

·         Perform or monitor all tests and inspections on equipment that has been repaired or modified to assure that the equipment meets the manufacturers

·         Perform or monitor all necessary inspections for the installation of hot tap, weld plus ends repair sleeves, or any welding that is required on piping or equipment while in service.

·         Monitor heat treatment of piping, vessels, and equipment.

·         Witness hydrostatic and/or pneumatic tests on static equipment which includes the review of Hydrostatic, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams as well a Safety Instruction Sheets to assure that the correct pressure is used, the system is isolated properly and that relief valves are properly set and installed.

·         Perform welder performance and welding procedure qualification records reviews

·         Monitor all aspects of welding operation on new or existing equipment

·         Evaluate equipment for fitness for service based on API 510 criteria.

·         Assist in Risk Based Inspection Assessments by providing required data or facilitating assessments.

 

Responsible for P&ID’s and other drawings/documents are marked up with changes identified during Commissioning and ensure that as-built documentation is updated accordingly by responsible contractor.

·         Ensure that the commissioning work is conducted in accordance with Commissioning Manual principles, procedures, schedules and a high technical quality to achieve a timely start-up, operational reliability and safety.

·         Contribute to internal reporting on various levels

·         Participate in handover to operation when needed.

·         Previous experience with Tank Farms repair & rehabilitation

·         Previous Tank & Piping Construction Experience

·         Either the API 650 or 653 for tank construction in Saudi Aramco / SABIC group

·         I have more than 5 years Management experience in EPCI projects within the refinery for onshore / offshore with the ability to lead an engineering team across multiple projects and tenders.

·         Technical integrity, operations and projects experience in Petrochemical Plant and Refinery, Onshore/Offshore.

·          Maintain technical integrity of offshore plants for piping, valves and mechanical equipment. Provide technical support to the operations group onshore / offshore on a day to day basis as well as during times of operational disruptions for FPSO / Offshore Rig Platform.

·         Project engineer experience in maintenance, modification and operations or replacement projects.

·         Organize work orders with job packages containing all necessary information and documentation to ensure the safe and efficient execution of the activities.

·         Optimal estimates describing necessary resources, material, lifting equipment, access technique, lifting operations and rigging.

·         Contribute to planning and scheduling work orders

·         Quality-assured work order to be scheduled before release and subsequent evaluation.

·         Academic support regarding planning and collaboration of activities.

·         Daily planning support for operating and maintenance practitioners and support practitioners.

·         Provide Planning and participating in turnarounds within refinery and offshore projects.

·         Engineering Compliance, Offshore Manager(s) and Supervisors, Engineering Resources Project Management Team

·         Mechanical Maintenance Methods of static and rotating equipment for two FPSO Offshore Angola, Africa

·         Maintenance Service Inspection Planner for Statoil Driftinspeksjon Projects (Norwegian Continental Shelf) and prepare work package for NDT inspection at Statfjord A, B, C Rig Platform North Sea. Pipeline Inspection (Norway)

·         Establish maintenance program and inspection program in the customer’s system.

·         Evaluate / recommend spare parts. CMMS

·         Maintenance engineering (criticality classification, RBI, RCM, FMECA / FMEA) with two FPSO Dalia and Girassol Total E&P Angola, West Africa

·         Provide new Maintenance Strategies of static and rotating equipments of two FPSO

·         Conduct Critical Maintenance Optimization and Spare Part Analysis

·         Establishment of Maintenance Program for Static and rotating equipments

·         Work in Petrochemical Plant, Oil and Gas Refinery (Saudi Aramco & SABIC) for more than 7 years in mechanical equipment installation (static and rotating equipment).

·         Senior Construction methods engineer with experience from execution projects and safety engineering in the refinery.

·         Experience and detailed understanding of method work for offshore work

·         Knowledge about construction plans, equipment and interactions between disciplines

·         Experience in performing site-surveys

·         Provide construction method statement procedures of pipeline installations, vessels, tank fabrications and pre-commissioning and handover of final dossier.

·         Senior Maintenance Engineer for Integrated Steel Plant mechanical equipment site machine repair (on-call 24/7).

·         Responsible for multidisciplinary method and input to installation plan

·         Performs detailed feasibility studies and installation procedure, considering all associated risk and ensure that all safety rules are considered for various operations such as pipe laying, riser installation, pipeline structure in line installation.

Conversant with Equinor (Statoil) SAP/STID/ARIS, Statoil Standards Technical Requirements, Total E & P Standards Petro-MDR / CMMS, Saudi Aramco Standards, SAP PM, SAP, P&IDs, Microsoft Office, FAT, MC, Conversant with Codes and Standards such as NORSOK, ANSI, ASME, API, ASTM, AISC, ACI, AWS, JIS, BS standards. This includes supervision, quality control, surface treatment engineering, planning, organizing and implementation of the project from construction supervision of activities to final hand-over and installations of mechanical equipment, Tank/Pipe Fabricator, Vessels, Piping etc. Provide surveys and Heavy lifting Plan Procedures and construction methods statement. Subsea material components manufacturing surveillance inspection.

Have strong knowledge of the international standards and codes NACE, ASME, API and ASTM especially inspection and corrosion standards such as API-571, API-580, API-570 and API-510.

With Norwegian Driver’s license and ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives and visit project site surveillance.
