Ø  At Maple Leaf Cement Factory: May 2017 – July 2019

·         Worked as an Assistant Manager for the erection and commissioning of the third grey cement line of Maple Leaf Cement.

·         Worked as a Shift Engineer for maintenance and troubleshooting in Cement Mills and Storage area.

Ø  At Flying Cement Company Limited: Sep 2013 – May 2017

·         Worked as Assistant Manager (AM) in Raw Mill and Cement Mills section of the Plant for maintenance of motors, panels and electrical systems in the area.

·         Worked at factory Grid Station for maintenance of transformers, electric panels and their systems.

Ø  At Netkom Technologies:  Dec 2012 – May 2013

·         Worked on CM PAK Project doing Microwave swap in Faisalabad Region.

·         Worked on Huawei Optix RTN 900 and its software.

·         Expert in Link Installation and Software Configuration of Simple Links (1+0) and (1+1) and Major Links (XPIC & SD).

Job Description
Ø  PROJECT SKILLS

Duties during Erection and Commissioning,

·         Supervised the Installation of LV Panels, MV Switchgears and Transformers and their Cable Terminations.

·         Control rooms & Substations electrifying works & overall plant lighting.

·         Earthing system installation in sub-stations, cable trays, motors etc.

·         Preparation of As-Built Drawings of executed activities.

·         Monitor punch items in order to bring the subsystem to the completion stage.

·         Provide the support during the Start-up activities which shall begin with the final preparation to the introduction of the feedstock into the plant.

·         Ensure the safety of hazardous areas with QHSE team.

·         Ability to assess all risks before commencing work and have safe work practices.

·         Install and maintain medium and low voltage switchgear and control systems.

Ø  RUNNING PLANT

Duties during running Plant,

·         Align Supervisory work forces to carry out daily activities.

·         Responsibilities also to ensure the maintenance of good quality and safety standards at the site.

·         Maintaining the record of all the equipment in operation and evaluating them according to their respective drawings.

·         Keeping a complete maintenance record of all motors in the Cement Mills and Storage area.

·         Keeping a well-maintained record of VFDs of all substations and updating it accordingly.

Final Year Project

My final year project was “Automatic Protection of Power Transformer” including both Electrical and Electronics concepts.

This was a group project consisting of Engineering students, working on the following modules;

Reaching for a perfect code
Software design and Microcontroller interface
Circuit design
Overload Protection
Over and under-voltage protection
Overheating (Temperature) protection
We used Microsoft Visual C# and Proteous software for the development of this project.
