I’m Rebhenson J. Caratiquit, 25 years of age and living in the Philippines, province of Tarlac. Currently working as Facilities Officer/engineer in a private sector. Being a facilities officer, I’m responsible for the daily inspection, to record and monitor the status, and to conduct preventive maintenance for the different equipment and all machineries in a building or area in order to reaches the 100% effectivity and to maintain the useful/effectiveness of daily operation.
