I am a development professional with 15-years working experience in development field and have academic background of Master of Social Science. At Present I have been working with Norwegian Refugee Council NRC “Strengthening Education, Protection, Resilience and Empowerment of Refugee in Cox’s Bazar” as ICLA Coordinator before I worked for ACLAB Strengthening Community Engagement and Accountability Project in Cox’s Bazar UNICEF Funded Project. Before I worked for Grameen Alo for making market work for women (MMWW) Project Funded by Action Aid Bangladesh I was direct staff & partner staff. Before I worked for UNDP as a Socio Economic Assistant for Urban Partnerships for Poverty Reduction Project, before that I worked with Assistance for Slum Dwellers (ASD) for 03 Years partnership program with Action Aid Bangladesh. As Project Manager earlier, I worked for National Development Program (NDP) partnership program with Care Bangladesh as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. I also worked with Care Bangladesh in 02 Project as Direct Staff both RMP & PFRP about 06 years.
