  1. Work Experience for pick n pay title chef/Cook ( 2) Started date November 2015 update to November 2019.  1 Daily cooking grilling, roasting and stewing.2Maneging inventory.2 Monthly  ending stock taking of raw materials and wastage analysis.3 Receiving orders. 4 Making salad’s, sandwiches, wrapes, platter’s e.g sandwich platter, vegetarian platter, cold meat platter and meat platter. 5  Maneging the BH and FH of the kitchen during the absence of Head chef. 6 Maneging the hot foods section and the salad bar during the lunch hours by ensurering that they is enough supplies. 7 Daily recording of temperatures freezers.

Qatarairways group QACC Current Position : Commis chef inflight kitchen – Duties * 1 Daily bulk cooking. 2 Making Arabic food. 3 A clean tired kitchen while following FIFO , HACCUP rules and regulations. 4 Daily Measurering ingredients and cutting vegetable’s.5 Making SPML meals eg LCM and GFML.* 6  Execution of work assigned by the supervisor to provide and accommodate all daily food products as per airlines specifications and menu cycle. 7 Assisting the seniors with all hygiene standards and documentation done for all mise-en-place and meals.  8 Facilitating  proper cleanliness in all work, storage space and refrigeration areas.
  3. Others certificate : (1)Food safety in catering (RQF) certificate ( 2) Flight catering security certificate. (3) Basic fire awareness certificate.
