➢ Performing good isolation and retraction so as to provide easy accessibility, clear visualization and good manipulation or delivery of treatment to the patient and to prevent contamination of all filling materials from the saliva.

➢ Mixing all dental materials such as for impression taking and for the cementation of temporary or permanent filling materials.
