OYDC; Programs- HIV/AIDS PREVENTION THROUGH SPORT PROJECT
Olympic Youth Development Centre (OYDC) Working with Latkings,CIDRZ and other partners on the Project of HIV/AIDS Prevention through Sport. With support from President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), my responsibility was to plan and manage the design and implementation of functional and operational sensitization activities during the project. I provided M&E technical assistance to the project coordinator on data management and reporting procedures.
Responsibilities.
Responsible for Planning and designing the projects activities and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
Responding to donor requests for information on project activities such as number of children sensitized and as per age group and gender;
Prepare and participate in donor/PEPFAR site information Monitoring System (SIMS);
Consolidate and develop work plans;
Frequent communication with focal persons, community mobilization team members on performance activities and address challenges to meet performance expectations;
Analyze the Quarterly activity work plans to ensure that they encompass all activities listed in the project document;
Coordinate the supply chain of working tools;
Understand the requirement from the PEPFAR secretariat to implement the project activity within the specified budget and monitor the expenditure and;
Manage risks to the project’s successful outcome.
Represent OYDC in National programs technical working groups

Conducted a research titled persistent causes of sitting Boreholes near septic tanks in Chalala town ship of Lusaka.
The research was to ascertain as to why the causes have persisted despite the measures put in place to address the trend.
