Prepared plan of action and budget for ERCS – ICRC tracing program.
Conducted monitoring field visit in all ERCS branches & eight refugee camps in Ethiopia.
Produced a tracing brochure for dissemination purpose & guidelines as a manual for branch users.
Organized tracing workshops and trainings for refugees, Red Cross volunteers.
Participated actively in the regional ERCS/ICRC East African Tracing workshop.
I-Relief and Logistics Officer ERCS- International Federation of Red Cross (IFRC)

Managed relief program for 150,000 beneficiaries for one year with a budget of $ 5million in Ethiopia.
Ensure relief commodities movement from the port to the last distribution sites.
Prepared food ration distribution and transport plan for the beneficiaries & for transporters concerned.

#    Initiated in establishing four Nomadic Boarding Schools & solicited over one million birr annual budget for the program& over 450 students in 4 districts enrolled & benefited from the program.

#    Coordinated regional ambulance service in collaboration with municipality and the communities.

#    Coordinated first aid service & more than one thousand people in different social events.

#    Headed regional fundraising program, membership derive & other income generating activities and over one million birr was collected annually from the communities.

#    Repatria>ted and rehabilitated10,000 ex-soldiers, provided food ration& agri tools  for six months.

#    coordinated emergency food distribution for 5,000drought victims for six months.

#    Managed fifty staff members and over one hundred Red Cross volunteers in South Omo programme..
