Job Description:
Reports directly to Line Manager;
Act as focal point of contact for all maintenance requirement in the Mall, Residential and Offices.
Direct or engaged technicians on the ground to rectify all maintenance complaint at any given time without delay.
Maintains a data base or record for all maintenance work in the entire Al Ghurair facilities, whether completed or pending.
Keeps track of daily Preventive Maintenance Work Order through Oracle System.
Coordinates with Leasing, Housekeeping and Security Departments with regards to maintenance requirements on the leased properties or units from the time of tenant’s check -in and check- out.
Plans, organize, implements, directs and controls day-to-day maintenance operations of the department;
Coordinate all maintenance work to properly maintain and ensure adherence to quality and safety.
Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignments.
Prepares, generates and submit monthly maintenance summary report for Line Managers.
Attend meetings and proactively engage in a collective exchange of information to ensure work efficiency.
Engage in maintaining the databases, generate reports, check emails and send prompt replies for the action to be taken in a timely manner.
Manage and supervise people, and act as a liaison between external vendors and other departments.
Interfaces with technicians to rectify maintenance issues that arises in the premises.
Develops and implements plans or mechanisms to improve the service and performance of employees by using flowchart in order to update the progress of work orders.
Supervise and manage a website portal for tenants whereby all maintenance issues are logged or registered.
Ensures quality control standards are being practiced by all team members.
Responds to emails and calls promptly related to maintenance issues on a daily basis.
Attends to meetings and other engagements whenever required to do so, and
Manages and control a comprehensive record-keeping system by way of an oracle to ensure accurate and efficient data.
