I am humbly writing to you regarding the Warehouse Person (Loader) job vacancy.  I am currently working since 2017 as a Warehouse Incharge in Abdullah Saleh Al Hamdan Trading Est., in the Maintenance Department of recording received & released items for the trucks, cars & heavy equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities are maintaining the stocks of its quantity by monitoring the re-order using our Fleet Maintenance Pro software, encoding the items to be requested using Excel, email the materials request to the Supervisor using Microsoft Outlook, follow up email for materials request approval by the Manager, inform the purchasers of the approved materials request, follow up purchasers to avoid delay, follow up the remaining quantity of the purchased materials requested, check and double-check of damage of the purchased materials before receiving, assist purchasers of unloading delivery purchased materials & placing the received purchased materials to its category.

These tasks helped me learn and develop in categorizing, maintaining the stocks, the safety of the items, recognize items or parts for the specific vehicle, Basic Computer Application in Microsoft Word & Excel & teamwork.

I’m looking forward to discussing the position and my qualifications with you soon.  I admit that I did not meet the qualification such as without experience in operating forklift, packing & re-packing, Shipping, Assembly of boxes & components, Reading and Interpreting drawings, and layouts.  I am willing to go the extra mile to achieve these skills.  Thank you for your time and sincere consideration.
