WORK EXPERIENCE
Ø  December 2018 to Present: Site Supervisor – HUAWEI

·         Supervise the quality of the final site adaptation solution according to site configuration based on the TSSR

·         Evaluation the performance of subcontractors

·         Check site workers’ certification, tools and documents (ATP, SOW, SOP, TSSR)

·         Audit Hardware installation and report the results to the project team in order confirm if the installation is according to SOP

·         Delivering daily reports of activities carried out and validate same, even any issue that could affect the normal development of the installations.

·         Provide training to site workers: what are EHS absolute rules how to use ISDP/Smart QC usage, how to commission Microwave and Wireless equipment’s, etc…

·         Ensure the progress of each installation according to the SLA provided for each activity

·         Perform RTN and BBU commissioning

·         Perform Microwave path test

·         Responsible for troubleshooting MW links and BBU problems

·         Help partner to solve issues related to the installation, manager partner’s work

·         Responsible for the equipment installation services supervision including installation, cutover (nighttime) and dismantling

·         Report by email if necessary (abnormal situations, special topic to inform project team/other departments)
